The hotel is located close to a food court and mall, providing easy access for dining and shopping. Cleanliness is well maintained with nice smelling rooms and white towels. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is located near a night market and within walking distance of restaurants and massage shops.
Some staff members were unfriendly and unenthusiastic.

The hotel offered two complementary drinks upon check-in, which was a nice touch. the location was conveniently close to a variety of restaurants and shops. the room had excellent air conditioning, which was very refreshing after spending time out in the hot and humid weather.
The room was quite small, and the walls were thin, which made it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. the bathroom didn't seem to be cleaned thoroughly, and there were some stains on the towels.

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly, offering a fast and reliable WIFI connection which is important for any business trip. The hotel has a good location, walking distance to local attractions and dining options. the hotel provides ample parking spaces for guests, making it convenient for those traveling with vehicles.
The hotel lacks basic amenities such as toothpaste and drinking water, and the staff is poorly trained in customer service, making it difficult to address issues such as Internet connectivity and dirty bathrooms. the furniture and rugs in the room are uncomfortable and could be dangerous to guests.

We had an amazing week at this hotel! The room was spotlessly clean and had a lovely fresh scent. We also appreciated the white towels and comfortable bedding with perfectly sized pillows. Additionally, the location was ideal as we were within walking distance of both the Greenway Night Market and several restaurants and massage shops. The hotel was quiet, with a nice view, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay.
All was perfect.
